A recent un-noticed & temporary water leak across concrete garage floor has eventually resulted in white plasterboard ceiling becoming almost totally covered in green mould.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to clean the mould off, prevent it from re-generating (ie. kill it off), and finally re-paint it to regain original state?
All suggestions appreciated ...

Also, would anyone hazard a guess at how much it might cost to get a decorator to do the clean up + repaint? ( - it's a double garage).
Cheers.

No idea about the price its impossible to guess..

As for the mould...wash it over with a 30% bleach to water mix...scrub it..leave to dry then rinse it off..then treat it again

Then you could use a fungicidal emulsiion like Johnstones sterashield

Thanks for your prompt advice Zampa
- will give that a try.
Here's hoping...
Cheers,
