groundworks and drainage

Im currently having plans drawn up for my extension, ive decided im going to do it in stages and employ different trades to do different jobs, does anyone know the rough cost of what will cost me to get the groundworks, drainage up to damp on a extension that will have a footprint of 7x4 metres, i know it will vary depending how deep the footings are, but i really want worse case scenario. ill be clearing all the area myself.
