Hi , i have fitted a Grundfos CR1-5 3 phase pump in my launderette as a back up, the problem is that i can,t get any water pressure up to my machines, i can,t even get a drop out off the kitchen tap. I have vented the pump and the motor rotation is correct,i have another grundfos pump that is ok, i have had to reduce the pipe from 54mm to 28mm on the inlet side and then 28mm back to 54mm out to the machines, even if this pump ain,t up to the job surely i should get water dribbling out of the tap when the machines are off, Thanks

Is the Non-Return Valve fitted the Right way round?
is the Coupling between the motor and pump shafts securely clamped (Allen Key required) is the Shear pin in place on the end of the pump shaft (you will need to remove the coupling to see this)
