Hi, I have a light with sixteen Halogen bulbs. The light is about six years

old. Just recently it all of a sudden goes dim. Could this be a faulty

transformer or to high wattage bulbs being used ?

Why? What was there before the halogen light? What was its total wattage? What is this light's total wattage?

A likely cause - someone fitted 20W lamps in place of the 10W lamps it was almost certainly supplied with.

Or, the transformer is made by Eaglerise.
