Hi just found this forum very interesting. Don't know if anyone can help. Friend [disabled] has a Halstead Hi Heat also known as Vokera compact HE. the red light is on solid, it had a new primary heat sensor NTC fitted2 months ago after the same problem, the engineer reckons it needs a power flush £300. Anyone got any ideas. Thanks
