Hand Basin Tapes 3/4 or 1/2 BSP?

Hi all,

Sorta sums it up really, are small hand basin tapes normally 1/2" or 3/4" BSP?

If you mean taps the basin taps is 1/2inch and bath taps is 3/4inch.

Thanks Dan. Makes sense.

What confused me as I put the rule on them and their 3/4 dia, but they defenitly look like the smaller hand basin size.

1/2" refers to the ID (Inside Diameter) of threaded pipe.
A thread with an OD (Outside Diameter) of 3/4" is actually 1/2".
