Guys can you help? Floors in my house had to be removed my heating pipes were laid on top of celotex and buried in screed. Now I have a floating floor that consists of 135 mm polystyrene with 18mm t and g board the heating pipes were left in place and now the polystyrene insulation has been cut to accommodate the pipes is this within side building regs only I cant find information any where. I believe the builder who has done the job has done it wrong but need advice.

Why were the floors removed?
And why were they not replaced with a cement screed?
Polystyrene insulation that depth will compress when loaded. And any holes for mice and they will chaw it to pieces.
Pipes are fine buried in a screed and allowed.
