Hi, everyone.

I recently moved into a new house fitted with this type of alarm. the previous house owner left me with a code. I tried, and it did not work. the button beeped but the alarm was not activated. The "main" light on though.
I wonder whats wrong, so i did something stupid. I opened the panel, then the alarm all started shouting suddenly and the code did not work. I had to disconnect the speaker and the 5 wires behind the panel. Now as I tried to put the 5 wire back, the internal alarm started beeping (the speaker still disconnected) and the 2, 4, mains, tamper lights were all on.
I really don't know what to do now.

Can anybody help me out on this please.

You have several choices.

get some one in who knows what they are doing (alarm company)

get the engineers manual for it

leave it untill it rots

get a new panel

if i were you i would take the 1st option

Is the new panel gonna solve the problems? where to buy a new one?
Any chance you know how to find an "engineering manual"?

new panel should come with a manual, then you can configure it anway you like

as for where try google

and before a certain some one says so, try a
