Help hot water issue

Ok, I am sure my problem is water pressure but being useless at DIY, just quite confused. I bought a new house of a large uk builder, it's ok considering some of the stories. Basically I have hot water everywhere except when using the main bath shower attachment. Hot water does come out of the tap but not shower. It can't be boiler as it's new, reasonably now anyway. The hot water has never been that hot, I like hot showers but having it on full hot is easy to cope with in the ensuite. Any advice suggestions welcome

Sound like an issue with the shower mixer! Get the builder back if it's a new build!
