Help identify hardware

Hi All

I would really like to replicate some of the oil burners from the picture attached however i can't figure out what the hardware is. If anyone can help identify any of the parts needed it would be most helpful.

<Wall> <?????> <Threaded Rod> <?????> <Wine Bottle>

Also there is some hardware that this person has used as the cap of the bottle which i assume would just be a few bits of copper pipping and a few washers, if you have any ideas on this i'd love to hear it
