I purchased this second hand and don't have a manual. It's a Bosch Exxcel auto option.
The problem is the water isn't draining away. I've checked for blockages in the drainage pipe including the drain away pipe. Cleaned all the filters at the bottom. I've tried tilting the unit but the water isn't draining away.
Please help! Why does it not want to get rid of the nasty water????!
Thank you
Chris

You can download a user manual here http://www.bosch-home.co.uk/download-product-manuals.html Click on "launch new window" & type in SGS43E08GB/35.
To drain the freestanding water you could either remove the drain hose at the sink, lower it to floor level & let it empty it into a large bowl etc. Or remove the filters & bail it out by hand. You may have a blocked or defective drain pump or blocked sink spigot. After you have removed the filters & got rid of the water look in the sump for a white plastic cover on the left hand side, it is held in place by a single torx T20 screw. Remove the screw & lift the cover off. Underneath you will see the pump impeller, check it rotates freely. Often pieces of broken glass/crockery get jammed in there. If you find anything you should be able to fish it out with a piece of wire or similar. If you don't find anything in the pump housing & the sink spigot is clear then you'll have to dig deeper. The transfer hose or matrix may be blocked..but we'll cross that bridge if & when necessary. Good luck :D

We have the same problem with water not draining cannot find anything stuck how do we access the transfer hose or matrix

Remove the LH sideplate to access the matrix/pressure chamber. The transfer hose can be accessed via the front panel under the door.
Use the search function, type in "matrix" or "transfer hose" & you'll find many posts covering this particular issue, some with photos. It is very common.
