I’m just fitting some flooring and the door is very slightly catching.
The hinge is a new one to me, 2 Allen keys at the top and none under the hinges.
Excuse the mess....

Ive adjusted our front door before which just had a top and bottom screw on the hinge.

I would get that wall socket fitted properly before doing anything else! One trip over that cord and there may well be a big bang, if not worse.

Regarding the hinges. It appears to me that you may need to slacken off the outer one and then tighten the inner one to raise it slightly, then lock down the outer one again.
One appears to be the lock screww and the other the adjuster screw. If it doesn't work that way then slacken the back and tighten the front but I think my first idea is the correct one. You will have to slacken them all off to begin with otherwise the door will not rise.
