Help on replacement of internal door

Hi we are having a nightmare trying to replace a door it is a beech colour "John Carr" door sounds simple so far but the measurements seem to be non standard they 80.5 height by 27.5 width we can not find these sizes anywhere. it has a dent in the door if we can not replace or fix the door our landlord is keeping our deposit!

Does have anyone have any suggestions...

If there is nothing in the rental agreement preventing internal decorations, then simply fill the dent and paint the door
