Hello there,

Could I just get reassurance that I am about to wire up my new programmable thermostat correctly.

It is Salus ST620, battery operated so it only has two wires as https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ffjsxjzzbkmx3hc/gpknci5sw6/salus.gif

Boiler is a combi Vokera Maxin cf24

Would I be right in saying that I wire it up to 4 and 5 and if so does it matter which wire to which. And do I leave 1 and 2 linked up ?

Thanks

Spot on :D

If you want to be exact, according to "B (i) General Schematic Diagram"the Salus SL (NO) would go to 4 and the L (COM) to 5. It will work either way though.

Whilst 1 & 2 remain linked, the link between 4 & 5 should be removed. I guess you've figured that, but as you don't mention it....

Many thanks Stem.

Better to be safe than sorry.

Much appreciated.
