Hoover Dishwasher not draining

My Hoover DishwasherDT 999 is not draining. Keep getting message E4 showing on display.
Have checked filter, and hoses - seem ok.
Machine stops after about 20 min of 29min cycle.
Any suggestions?

Drain pump blocked or faulty. Blockage in drain hose. Afraid you'll have to do some investigating on this one.
