Hoover Quattro AA230 - Not draining

Hi all,
Has anyone experienced a draining problem with the Hoover Quattro AA230? Reading other posts here, it may be a blocked pump or perhaps an electronic problem. Some water has also leaked to the floor on occasions. Any help you can give is appreciated.
