Hoover (washer/drier) HSW2125 heater problem

I would be grateful if someone could give me advice regarding a Hoover washer/drier.
The machine is two years old and hasn't been flogged to death, it washes and spins and goes through the cycle but there isn't any heat blowing into the drum to dry the clothes. There wasn't any warning or anything that indicated a fault, the heater just went AWOL on this nice cold & snowy day :cry:

Check the thermostats on top of the heater unit. They should all be closed circuit.

Sleepyhead, the problem has been sorted out. I removed all the connectors and made sure they were clean, replaced them and bingo!! The heater fired up.
My thanks to you for giving me sound advice.
