Hot water but no heat on radiators Becket S100 Boiler 2 zone

Help!! I have a Beckett S100 Boiler which was recently cleaned and serviced. I have hot water but no heat in the baseboard heaters. I replaced the batteries on both thermostats but still nothing. I hear a constant electrical hum from the triple Aquastat relay and not sure if this is the problem or the relay attached to the two zones since the pipes are only hot until that point. please help. What could be wrong and how can I fix it.
