Hot water only when rads are on

Hello, this is my first post, so hope you can help

I have a Baxi 105e combi boiler

For a cuple of weeks ago, the hot water only works when the central heating is turned on and the radiators are hot. This is fine during cold weather, but as the weather heats up, it'll prove an expensive way of getting hot water.

I'm not a plumber so will have to get a CORGI guy in, but want to know a little about the problem in advance, so I don't get "taken for a ride."

The funny thing, it sometimes works all right, but 90 % of the time not

If you search under "diaphragm" or "Diverter valve" in which it sits, you'll see similar cases.
