just fitted a monobloc mixer tap, the hot water pressure is now very high, tap didn't come with any relevant instructions, is there anything i can do?

well it depends on what kind of a system you have but it could be as simple as the supply pipes on the mixer (would help to know what was in before that ) which on most are reduced down to 10mm or there abouts for 15mm so the pressure could have always been the same except now its trying to squeeze through a smaller opening
