I'm looking for some help or a solution to a problem with my combi bolier.
The radiators are heating without a problem but the hot water is only heating very slightly. The boiler is an Ariston eurocombi A/23 MFFI model. If anyone has encountered this problem what was the price to put it right??

No help to you Robbsi but I am having similar problem with Worcester 24I (combi) which is a direct result of my bleeding the radiators (and then upping the pressure to 1 using the manual loop). Lukewarm water only now. Anyone any ideas? I've read it may be the damaged heating exchange valve. Can this happen as a result of the boiler overheating (despite the automatic cut-off?) a couple of times before I realised the pressure was low? I'll try other forums...let me know if you get any answers - I'll do the same.

No joy so far petataylor but i'll keep you posted if i find an aswer or solution

Blind leading the blind again!

It appears that both of you have a problem by the boiler not recognising the demand for hot water.

About £80-£120 for a repair in each case.

thanks agile - I won't attempt it myself but is it the heat exchange? I've just discovered I DO get hot water when I run bath slowly when the heating's on so perhaps this is also to do with flow and pressure (set to exactly 1 again). Hope you're all enjoying the warmth (sun, not water...obviously)
