Hotpoint Aquarius Condenser Dryer TCL780 overheating

Hi,
I have a Hotpoint Aquarius Condenser Dryer TCL780 which is overheating and cutting out after a few minutes. The drum is rotating without problems.I have cleaned filters etc. Is it worth repairing?

When it cuts out what happens

Thanks for replying so quickly. It turns itself off and will not turn back on until it has cooled down and the clothes inside a very hot.

Has the white pin on the inner door bent its at the top at 12oclock.

Hi, no the pin on the inner door does not appear to be bent

Is the display dead when it goes off. Have you used it in another plug socket.
