Cut a long story short, i have a Hotpoint aquarius dishwasher fdw70. 1st of all the wiring to the door switch had burnt out on the connector, so i replaced that. Then it came up with A05 which is -Pressure switch has not been reset, so i thought i would have a look inside to get ready to replace it. I striped it down and had a look, and i thought as i was in there i would clean out the drain pump. Connected everything back together to test, now it comes up with A01 - Float switch operated. Which it is not, and i have tried bypassing the switch and it still comes up with A01? The drain pump seems to be making a noise/vibrating but not engaging.
Any Ideas what the fault is?
