Hotpoint dwf20 slightly heating up

Hi, got an issue with a dwf20 dishwasher, the cycles all work, just the water isn't hot.
I've replaced the heater, there seems to be a slight heat on a 40 wash.
Everything cleans but slight taste of salt on cups.

Any ideas?
