Hotpoint SDW 60 - Stopped working

I have a Hotpoint SDW 60 that has hung up after starting a cycle. ECO/Fast & Dry lights come on after 3 beeps. I have had a PCB replaced a year ago.
Does it need another PCB?
Could it be something else?
If so, what?

If it's 3 and 4 it's time out draining.
