hotpoint washer dryer

Hi

Just bought a hotpoint washer dryer

Washer works fine but dryer is notdrying my clothes

Can anybody shine a light on this?

is it brand new from the shop or new to you?

if its brand new read the manual, they dont work how most think they do.

if its new to you, it may not have worked properly anyway.

yes it is brand new ive only had it 3 months

so its not brand new then, its now 3 months old

If its 3 months old you did not read the manual very well, its still covered by hotpoint, call them, and if required they will send an engineer (foc)

often went out and just said dont do this, or dont do that, or have you removed all the packing?

We bought a new hotpoint freezer backend last year, I thought it was noisier than it should be. The Hotpoint cenrter said they could send an engineer but if it was found to be OK I would have to pay £60 odd for his time.
