Hi, hope someone can help.
We have a Hotpoint WD420 1200 washer/dryer machine. It is about 5 years old and we have not had any problems so far. I've tried to use it this morning and the washer is not working, but the dryer still is.
When I turn it on for a wash cycle, it sounds like it can't draw water in. It tries for about 3-4 cycles and then goes off. The on/off light and the reduce creases light flash stimultaneously and the only way to turn it off it to do so at the mains.
If we know what this means, there is a chance we may be able to fix it. Can't really afford a new washing machine at the moment so if you know what the above means, please do help!
