My Hotpoint WD640G Trips the MCB. This first happened during a washing cycle. Have taken heating element out and looks ok and tested as far as I know ok. Turned on machine with it removed and was ok till I closed the door, I repeated and indeed the MCB tripped again once the door was closed. Is this a door interlock problem as this now seems most logical?
