Hi, I have an old sink with separate taps, how can I swoo to a mixer tap?

There are deck mixer taps online but they mostly say they are for a kitchen sink, would I be able to use those?

I guess I can't just use one of the holes for a monoblic one as the hole would be too small?

Or shall I just leave it as it is?

It's a rental property I am trying to modeebise.
Thanks

Sorry typo I meant modernising.
Any reason not to have a mixer tap in this case?

If it's a rental then only 1 factor needs to be considered, what's cheaper? 2 basin taps or a bridge mixer
