How much to convert flat roof into pitched?

Roughly how much should I expect to spend converting a 15m^2 flat roof into a pitched roof. We're very interested in a property where the extension has a flat roof that needs some work. I wouldn't be doing this DIY, waaayy too much for someone of my skills
