There are set procedures and if you were Gas safe registered you would know, You should get a qualified person to do it. Then you won't get circuit board fuses blowing.

what model is it? what is wrong with the valve?
you will get doing it that way, you also need to drain the system water from the boiler

Sorry P the P, I just asked for info not a telling off, I thought me Mam had died, I know you guys pay out a lot to redo your modules but you're second only to Barristers for your hourly rate....................

Ok so I was a bit hasty, sorry and maybe it's alright but I have to dash out in a few minutes so someone else can go thro' procedure since I have to go now.

Thanks Gaz, it was sticking ( it'd done it a couple of times) I'd checked out the motor...ok..so I've replaced it now....I did drain the boiler first as well. I'm doing a drain down soon to replace/move a rad so I'll power flush the system then but I had to change it now...no DHW.

which model. can think off at least 4-5 different divertors . e.g stepper motor. giannioni type divertor, twin pump etc. bit like asking info on changing an engine part on a ford.
