How to fit and adjust an external uPVC door

Can any one help?
What does toe and heal mean?
how is it achieved?
How do you adjust differing manufactures doors as the hinges are not the same? One has small allan keys onthe vertical only. the other has allan keys on the vertical and the horizontal.
Hope some one can help
