I have a 1928 property built in the times when things were tight! The top of the bay window is set with coloured precast concrete copings. These are absorbing water like a sponge and letting it run down the inside walls.

Is there any long term solution to this. Ive looked at Thompsons water seal etc but my worry is you cant visually tell in years time if its still working beacuse its clear!

Help! :(

Thanks

There are many chemical waterproofers on the market which will last 10-20 years, and are better suited than plain old Thompsons

Look for products which are silane/siloxane based
