Ideal c28 mini boiler fires up but ch goes off

Hi all,

I have a ideal c28 mini boiler that I have in a flat I've just bought.
Hit water works fine but the central heating fires up for 15 seconds then goes off. Then every 5-10 mind it fires up again for 15 seconds and goes off!
Anyone know what the problem could be?

Any help ASAP would be great.
