Ideal Mini Combi Boiler Noise

Hi I have a Ideal Mini combi Boiler and when I turn the hot water on and off there's a noise from the boiler,could be the "diverter valve-three way valve" any body experienced this problem and how to cure it

It's hard to explain!not a sound like water running.Like when you turn the water on and the pipes fill up fast!!! Like Zoop and the same when I turn the hot off
