Can anyone help, my dishwasher works for 2 minutes then switches itself off completely,on checking water has entered the machine but the soap is still in the dispenser.The watergoing in feels cold but because the machine does not have a rinse only programme I cannot check if it is the water heater that is causing the problem.I have also checked the filters,waste pipe,rinse aid and salt but the machine continues to switch itself off. I would be very grateful if anyone can advise before I call an engineer out.Many thanks.

You ought to be seeing an error code...i.e. the start LED flashes in a repeating sequence. Count the flashes between pauses & post the result here.

Hi Zipper,

Thanks for replying.there is no error code the machine light just goes out after approx 3 mins ,no flashes prior to that or any other indications.
