indesit iwe91281 can't turn collection bit

Hi I have a indesit washing machine, I had error code fo5 which I have had before on my older machine, this is usually something in the pump area, usually coins etc, however I'm unable to open pump the actual bit you twist, it turns to 9oclock, but then I can't turn it any further or pull it out, any ideas?

Probably your 1st instinct and the error code i.e. something stuck in it. Try jiggling it back and forth or laying the machine down on its side and trying again. Failing that, remove pump and dismantle.

Thanks I will try that, but it's the spinning but I can undo to access the pump inside
