indesit wixl123 - takes softener from wrong drawer (draw 1)

Hi

I have an Indesit WIXL123 that has started taking the softener from tray 1 (the pre wash/bleach draw)

Any ideas what could be the cause / possible fix?

Where are you putting the softner not in the prewash tray.

We are having to tip in into the pre wash tray on the final rinse, if we add it to draw 3 (the softener one) it is taken as soon as the program starts. The water never enters draw 3 again during the entire wash and spin

Remove the drawer and clean the roof with a bottle brush including the little holes.
