Really? It said on the website it was a two-way, not multi?
Im only going by your picture of it, it looks to me similar to what is known as a slave and master set up, most of the time it likely would be used for 1 way Or 2 way but it usually is able to fit unlimited extra retractive switches to your master switch, the advantage being you can dim at every point, hence multipoint.
As said previously it is likely not suitable for your case unless your pull switch is retractable, if it clicks as you pull it then it is Not retractable.
your 1st post says you have a dimmer with, L1 L2 and a Variable outlet terminal (similar to COMMON),
Then you go on to show your multiway dimmer which is not the same, it has 2 terminals and the 3rd likely under that sticker, usually there to stop people mistakenly connecting it and blowing the dimmer, as the label over the terminal and as the instructions likely say it is for connecting to a retractable switch, usually similar to below.
if the switch you took off had L1 L2 and common, thats the easiest option,as your links dont show the rear, then you need to look at the back of the dimmer, with the exception of the one you brought most marked 2 way will be suitable, but check the back.
You do not want one with one terminal blanked out
You do not want one with an "S" terminal
You do not want one with 2 terminals or a rotary one.
You do want one with 3 terminals marked
L.L1.L2 or
L1.L2.L3 or
2 Terminals marked L? plus a third squiggly line and arrow terminal.
OTHER issues like the Load also need to be considered when selecting a dimmer
