I have a washing machine already plumbed in taking its feed from under the sink

I can connect a Y and move the cold water across then through 90 degrees to the left and then to dishwasher, total run is about 3m, will this be okay?

Also the problem seems to be the waste pipe back, can i run a waste feed back, and get pipes for under sink that allow for 2 feeds back to waste?

or is it too far?

Extend your cold feed pipework by as much as you want and also extend your waste pipe using bends or tees or a new standpipe.

Don't understand your concerns

If you take a diagram in to your plumbers merchants, they will show you what you need ;)
