insulating under suspended floors

I have a question. I would like to do underfloor/in floor heating in my living room. We have a large ventilated space beneath. It's a standard timber floor on sleeper walls. we are planning to lower the walls, new DPM and plates, then new joists with a structural ply floor. Then a DPM across the room, with 100mm PIR insulation, with 25mm around sides, then UFH pipes in a 75mm screed. Can anyone see any issues with this or point me to a better way of underfloor heating.
