Hi,

We have three toilets in our bungalow. One we never really use but the main one and the one in the en-suite block occasionally - and I'm not sure why? A while ago there was a really bad (sickly sweet smell) in the house so we got the septic tank emptied and this did seem to clear that up. However the occasional bockage still persists.

Sometime the toilet will have hardly any water in the bowl when you go to it - at others it sits higher than normal and is slow to drain (sometimes very slow) At other times a go with the plunger is needed to move it?

Would anyone have any ideas? -- Could this be an air problem?

many thanks in advance

You need to lift any inspection covers outside to see if theyre partially blocked
