is supplementary bonding ever done to regs

Hmmm reading the above posts...
Do we think the IEE are changing the regulations on bonding in bathrooms due to the widely available plastic connectors that are being used by DIYers?
At one time any copper pipe work was a job for the local plumber and yorkshire joints were mostly used and you `could` virtually guarantee continuity from the mains water as it entered the house right up to tank in th`attic.
Now with plastic push connectors could you just imagine how many flying links would have to go in to ensure that continuity?.

Hmm think its new topic time............
