Is this asbestos?

Nissen type hut with what looks like concerte/brick and corrigated steel type construction. Inside there is 2 layers of corrugated steel. The second layer has some kind of coating applied. I would like to see if anybody knows what it is?

Close up of a bit flaked off. Seems like some kind of pellets which have been applied. They are almost soft like wood.

Doesn't look like it but it is difficult to see. Only way to know really is have a sample tested. There are loads of test labs around - google one up. Costs about forty quid or so. Make sure it is well sealed in a plastic bag or they won't take it. And be careful handling it yourself in case it is one of the nastier ones.
