Isolating CH but still have DHW

I have a radiator that fell off the wall. The pipework is microbore 8mm and unfortunatley the inlet pipe sheared when removing the rad. I have an open pipe and have drained the system. I want to have hot water to the shower/basins etc. (wife and teenagers to shower!) I thought I could achieve that by shutting off the service cocks in the flow and return pipes at the boiler but the water is still shooting out the broken pipe.

Can anyone advise please how I can have DHW whilst isolating the CH?
