Karcher K2 jetwasher not turning on

Sure - join 1 to 3 and 2 to 4 which will bypass the switch.
Also, the same applies if you connect 2 to 6 and 1 to 5.....directly to the motor, in fact.

Hello John,

Only 2 months late for the update! :D

My friend who's an electrician brought his multimeter along and tested it. He said the switch seems fine and when he tested the motor
he said he was getting intermittent readings. He couldn't really figure it out but he said it should probably still work. Anyway, I put it together
today, connected it all up, ran water through it which was spraying out through the trigger gun but once I switched it on, still no power.

I just don't know how to fix it, so I think I'm going to have to bin it and buy another one, a Nilfisk.
