Karcher Pressure Washer

Hi

I have a Karcher Pressure washer which has lost most of it's pressure. When it is switched to pressure wash but you release the water trigger, the motor/compressor still 'hunts' instead switching off.

Any ideas as to the cause?

Most domestic pressure washers, (unless you pay top price)
have a life of approximately 100 to 150 hours use.
Then the performance drops dramatically.
