The kitchen I have is about 3x2.5m with a 3x3.5m dining connected to it.

As there is an extension on front of them, it has no windows to help ventilate.

My plan is to have a kitchen hood for the induction hob and also an inline extractor fan fitted in the extension to pull air from two points, one on each half of the kitchen, along some flat ducting fitted in the lowered ceiling.

Checking on Screwfix I have found 110 x 54mm and 204 x 60mm ducting.

My question is if 110 x 54mm ducting would be enough for my job.

That will be fine. Just be careful if both extractors are fitted to one duct that they can only vent outside and not through the other extractor. If you see what I mean.

Thank you.
The plan was to have a normal kitchen hood - with its own motor, and the other one completely independent.
