My house suffers from subsidence which happened a long time before i bought it, when it rains, heavily, the water comes over one corner, could i fit a wider down spout, ?

If so, i realise i would need a larger hole in the gutter, how would i do this?

Is there a "saddle" or something i could buy ?

Thanks

Are you sure the downpipe isn't partially blocked with leaves etc., or the drain at the bottom hasn't collapsed or blocked, or now runs 'uphill' as a result of the subsidence?

Nope, no blockages, it's done this for 13yrs as i know of, the answer i really need is, is there a way to enlarge the hole in the gutter to fit a wider pipe, thanks.

what would it involve?

Is the bottom of the downpipe totally open above a gulley or does it dissapear into something you cannot see?
