Leak from toilet

Hi,
Can anybody please advise on the following.

My tenant has emailed me to say that his toilet is leaking, and has sent me the following photo saying that it is leaking from the point that is circled.

I cannot even figure out which part of the toilet it is, or what the circled bit is, but she claims that the leak is from the bowl and that the photo is from the back of the bowl.

Can anybody shed any light on this please? I would be very grateful.

That looks like the toilet seat fixing. I'd be very surprised if it's leaking from there as there's no water there
